Today we bring you yet another story that shows you the good work that playing bingo can do!
Last week, organisers of regular charity bingo evenings held in the village of Stow Bridge in Norfolk presented a £1,000 cheque to the East Anglian Air Ambulance service.

The presentation was made last Monday evening, during one of the regular bingo sessions – held at the village hall and hosted by the village hall committee.

Committee secretary Barbara Whyman commented that the night has been fantastic. She said: “It was well supported by local businesses and the regular bingo players.”

Local businesses and the village’s petrol station all donated a combination of money and prizes. Other businesses from nearby Downham helped towards the cause.
