Foxy Bingo are getting into the Rugby spirit this Super League season as they launch the ‘Ladies of the League’ judging panel, celebrating all you lovely ladies who go that extra mile for your rugby club/community.
The nominations are in, the votes are being cast, and judges are now in discussion, reviewing the top ten nominations. Later in September, five successful ladies with the most votes will be invited to attend the star studded Man of Steel awards. It doesn’t matter if your role is active or backstage, physical or mental, as long as you’ve put in the effort and care, women of all rugby levels will be considered for their contributions.
But what will our ‘Lady of the League’ win, you ask? £1000 holiday vouchers and a £1000 donation to a club/community project of her choice.
Judges include some of the biggest names in the business from James Gordon of the Love Rugby league and founder of SportBox media to Huddersfield Giants star Danny Brough. We’ve also got some girl power in the panel from female judges Grace McMillan of Foxy Bingo and Angela Powers, founder of Her Rugby League!
Grace claims, “we’ve been simply overwhelmed with the amazing stories and nominations we’ve received, which only highlights all the ladies who play such an important part in rugby league across the country.”
Our final panel member is Jenna Brough, wife to Super League legend Danny Brough, making the power couple an excellent combination for the panel. Jenna is often seen at charity fundraisers, including the Super League WAGS walk which was sponsored by Foxy Bingo earlier in the year.
If you want to get involved with ‘Ladies of the League’, then head on over to Foxy Bingo now and cast your vote; the top ten nominations have already received thousands so far! Let’s try and make it into the millions! Voting closes Monday 29th September, so don’t worry, there’s plenty of time left.
