Bingo That's Bonkers Events to Return

Bingo That’s Bonkers run crazy bingo party events in various venues in various Northern towns. Now, thanks to the easing of lockdown restrictions, tickets are selling fast for a slew of new events this summer.

In my role as a “bingo expert”, I recently commented on an online publication that “the idea of bingo as a game for Grannies is long gone.” I was referring to online bingo and the way operators have harnessed state of the art mobile technology to offer bingo on the go to a new generation of players. But I was also referring to how some companies are throwing a whole new type of bingo experience for younger, party-going people. Bingo can now form the basis of a pretty wild night out with dancing, DJs and so much more.

With the roadmap out of lockdown well underway, Bingo That’s Bonkers have announced five upcoming events with tickets selling out fast. These events are taking place in:

  • Blackpool (Central Pier – 30th May)
  • Morecambe (Winter Gardens – 26th June)
  • Blackburn (Empire Theatre – 16th July)
  • Morecambe (Winter Gardens – 29th August)
  • Burnley (Burnley Mechanics – 4th September)

These events will of course feature bingo games as well as dance competitions, live DJ and music, and some of the nights will feature an appearance by a legendary Keith Lemon impersonator called Keith Lemon XXL.

The Bingo That’s Bonkers event in Morecambe, Lancashire will take place at the beautiful Winter Gardens venue which is currently closed due to coronavirus restrictions and ongoing restoration works. The venue was built in the late 19th century and is a classic example of Victorian leisure architecture. It was formerly known as the Victorian Pavilion Theatre.

You can find out more information and purchase tickets to these exciting bingo events on the Bingo That’s Bonkers website. At first, there will be a limit to how many people you can go with due to ongoing government regulations.
