Buzz Bingo Streamlines Financial Risks Process
Buzz Bingo has agreed a partnership with data intelligence firm Armalytix to help streamline its financial risks process and improve customer experience.
As part of the agreement, Buzz Bingo will use Armalytix’s tools to evaluate financial risk and spot evidence of player vulnerability or harm.
The two companies have already spent the past few months working together, during which time Buzz Bingo has been able to speed up the process of assessing affordability significantly.
Armalytix’s modular tools have enabled Buzz to combine tasks such as customer ID and payslip checks, thereby simplifying what can be a complex, inconsistent and time-consuming process.
So effective are the tools that they’ve led to a three-fold increase in the speed at which Buzz has been able complete its checks and onboard customers. It should also be pointed out that the tools meet the regulatory requirements laid down by the UKGC.
