About 36Vegas
36Vegas is a new, independent casino & betting site on a brand-new UKGC licence that was incorporated last year. Though this classy new sportsbook and casino stands alone, which I know will appeal to many of our players, the platform may ring a few bells.
The site is built on EveryMatrix’s platform, a hugely experience tech company in the gambling sector. So if you’ve been to sites like Betgoodwin (the trailblazer) or Bet TOM (the great success story), then you may recognise the layout and the games content somewhat.
There’s something for everyone at 36Vegas, whether that’s a spin on a penny slot, or a large bet on who’s going to win the Miami Tennis Open. New gambling sites don’t come much more appealing than this!
How we rated 36Vegas for you
- Offer Quality – 4/5 – 36Vegas gets a four because we like the choice players get on the welcome offer. Either you can choose a hefty casino bonus or 2 free bets. The wagering requirements on the casino bonus are high but acceptable, as you get a good range of games to play on.
- Game Choice – 3.5/5 – An reasonably impressive selection that spans classic slots to live game shows. The betting site is well stocked too as you can choose to bet on thousands of events, some in-play and live. They also have Virtual betting events and E-sports betting for those who like to shake it up!
- Payment Methods – 2/5 – Nothing wrong with the trusty debit card. However, it is the only option for deposits and withdrawals here. Players like choice and for good reason too!
- Navigation – 3/5 – The navigation is fine and will be familiar to those who have played on other EveryMatrix sites. They can sometimes look a bit clunky and unfinished, which is a shame. Bet Tom always looked the best out of all the brands on this platform.
- Customer Support – 4/5 – There are plenty of ways to contact the customer support, including email and live chat once you have an account. As pointed out on our sister site, they are quite zealous with the KYC before you can even sign up. The good news is we found their customer support team responsive. The bad news is it is a bit of a pain in the arse for players.
Design & Usability
As I alluded to in the “Navigation” overview, the sites based on this platform don’t always look the best. Sometimes the promotions boxes are oversized and ungainly, and it can be quite difficult to get around.
On the other hand, the “Menu” is very well signposted, with each important gaming type and area of interest laid out for ease of access. We found this to be true on both mobile and desktop.
Bonus & Promotions
You can start your journey at 36Vegas with a choose your own adventure! I went for the casino match offer, because it’s more up my street and probably your street too. It’s a strong match bonus, with competitive wagering requirements, although they are as high as they can be (a sentence we’re having to write a lot since the new bonus changes came in January 2026).
The sports involves free bets, which again are pretty competitive and can be used on practically any sport. I’ve dug in to the terms, and one thing I want to point out is that there is a restriction on the range of odds that the free bets are eligible on. Something we want you to bear in mind!
I’ve also had a look a what promotions are on the go. Though there aren’t loads, I like what I see. There’s the ubiquitous Drops & Wins from Pragmatic Play, but they also have seasonal promotions to reward players. I’m writing this review just after St. Patrick’s Day 2026, and there’s an ongoing “St. Patrick’s Week” promo where you can win free spins every day (and a number that’s related to the name of the casino, something I’m always a fan of!)
Games Available
At my latest tally, there over 1500 games at 36Vegas, with almost a third of them (around 490) coming from the prolific Pragmatic Play! You may know that developer best from the Big Bass series.
The slot games are split up into really useful categories for players like “MEGAWAYS Slots,” “Drops & Wins,” “New Releases” and there’s also a seasonal or thematic tag. For example, there’s a currently a way to filter for St. Paddy’s Day and Irish themed slots.
The live casino section is also well signposted in the menu and is again powered by Pragmatic Play. There’s a mix of classic table games and the newer game shows. Fun fact: There are over 60 versions of live blackjack alone!
Other Products
Describing 36Vegas as a new gambling site is especially apt, as there’s a full range of products in the sports betting arena and beyond. On the mobile homepage there is an A-Z of sports that you can bet on which highlights quite how unique and far flung the options are at 36Vegas.
I wanted to highlight to players that if you’re sick of the same old sports to bet on (although in fairness 36Vegas does have a best odds guarantee on UK Horseracing…), you can bet on sports like:
- Hurling
- Handball
- Lacrosse
- Gaelic Football
- Curling
- and even Floorball… no I’ve never heard of it either. Apparently it’s an indoor version of hockey that was invented in Sweden in the sixties.
Final Thoughts
I’ve had a good dig around 36Vegas and my final thought is that this is a pretty good place to sign-up, especially if you’re likely to get use out of both the casino and the sports betting products. Both welcome offers which you can choose from are pretty good, but bear in mind on the casino offer that the wagering is as high as it can be, and on the free bets, that there are restrictions on the range of odds that you can bet on.
Our colleague Sue also reported a slightly over zealous ID request when first signing up, meaning the affordability checks are not particularly frictionless. We know that this is likely to be a deal breaker for some. Otherwise, get out there and enjoy 36Vegas!
