However, I understand for some players that’s non-negotiable, which is why I have given a low score here.
- Game Choice – 4/5 – If you’d asked us right when this site first launched, the score would have been a two. But they are adding new slot developers all the time, including NetEnt and Relax Gaming.
- Payment Methods – 3/5 – Debit card are and always will be the name of the game here. For those who like an e-wallet, you’ll have to go elsewhere.
- Navigation – 5/5– Beautiful site, works like a charm. Playbook have some of the best mobile tech out there. I found the experience smooth as silk. Much of the magic of this brand is down to its independence.
- Customer Support – 5/5 – As a small business, sometimes the question of customer support can go both ways; lack of infrastructure or a personal touch. Luckily here we experienced the latter!
Theme & User Experience
If you’ve experienced Playbook casinos before, like the aforementioned DragonBET, or Red Edge sites PricedUp, you’ll have a pretty good sense of how things work around here. Even the yellow and black colour scheme may seem quite familiar.
However, all in all, it’s a smooth, mobile-first product, which pops off the page. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Final Thoughts
Is this a slightly odd situation? Yes. Do we stand by our decision to list this excellent new and independent casino even though there’s no welcome offer? You bet! Cream rises to the top – no gimmicks required. Plus, this brand has already shown its ability to grow and get better since we first started listing the brand. This is especially true when it comes to games selection question.
