PrimeWinz Background
PrimeWinz is a completely new type of product we’re listing on WDW Bingo. So this isn’t a review in the traditional way that you may be used to. Here, we really want to give our players the chance to try something new, while also giving a clear explanation as to what it is. I’ve signed up so you don’t have to… though you probably will want soon enough.
Here are three bullet points that I think are really important, to give you a super basic primer.
- PrimeWinz is not a gambling site, it is a competition and prize draw website.
- You add credits to your account by depositing in the usual way via debit card or PlayPal. Then you trade those credits to buy tickets for various prize draw competitions.
- There are a certain amount of prizes to win in each competition. It is all fair, above board and regulated, but in a slightly different way. You can win tax free cash as well as other goodies and prizes like home equipment and even holidays!
What is PrimeWinz & can we trust it?
PrimeWinz is operated by Quantic Play UK LTD, a British-based business. It runs online prize draw competitions. According to them, they currently have over £300,000 of prizes to give away. This is done in the form of tax free cash and other tangible prizes.
Like other websites we list on WDW, it is for adults over the age of 18, who live in the UK.
You can trust it because it is regulated by the UKCPSA, the official UK competition and subscription authority.
The site is also verified by rafflers.co.uk. This is a company that helps any type of prize competition entity in the UK. Rafflers will only certify a prize site if it meets its fairly strict criteria. These include rules on fairness and transparency. The competitions have to be proven to be genuine and not rigged or a scam in any way.
How do I enter the PrimeWinz competitions?
First up, you’ve got to sign up in a similar way as you would the other brands we promote. When I signed up, I was asked for my full name, my email address, a telephone number and a password. Pretty simple stuff!
Then, I was asked to verify the account by entering a four digit code that was sent to my phone. You could choose to verify by email if you wished.
As soon as my account was verified, I received £1 worth of site credit! I can then use this to purchase tickets for the ongoing competitions. The tickets cost different amounts depending on the competition. As far as I can tell, the lowest ticket price is £0.59. Some cost more than £2.25.
In order to buy more tickets and enter more competitions multiple times, I’d need to add more credit. The minimum you can deposit is £2.99, however you’d be better served by depositing more. You’ll get more bang for your buck as they add a nice percentage of extra credit on top!
You can also subscribe to receive credits on a consistent basis. Click here to learn more about the subscription options.
You can purchase tickets for instant games as well as long, ongoing draws which announce on a specific date. Each draw has a maximum number of entrants, they don’t extend indefinitely. This is the same for the draw date; they happen when they say they’re going to happen!
What prizes can I win?
If you’re asking yourself the question, “Why would I enter?” we wanted to give some examples of the prizes you can win to make it worthwhile. These include:
- Tax Free Cash
- Credits to spend on more competitions
- Share of a cash pot
- Amazon Vouchers
- Apple Airpods
- Ninja Kitchen Appliances
- Giorgio Armani Perfume
- Hotel Chocolat Collections
You can sometimes win holidays abroad, although there are no travel prizes up currently. Check back though, because these prize draws go in cycles!
How to enter any contest for free?
In order to be fully sanctioned, a prize draw cannot discriminate. Therefore, you can enter for free by post. Of course, not many people will do this because it’s much more convenient to play online. But if you’re keen? Send your name, email, address and contest name to their address to make an entry. Just make sure you get it in in time! The address is: 5th floor, 18 St. Swithin’s Lane, London, England, EC4N 8AD.
