BetLegend is a new, independent casino on the Anakatech platform. Brought to you by the team behind Betcrown, this new brand does have some certain similarities with game catalogue and design, but with one particularly juicy ace up its sleeve. More on that later…
Under the Anakatech licence and platform, BetLegend shares DNA with brands like 7Bet and LuckyMate but as I said, it is more closely related Betcrown as they’re both white labels operated by the same company.
However, what will be recognisable from all those brands is the sheer scale of the gaming catalogue and all the little gems and nuggets of fun you’ll find in the more niche sections.
The clincher is that the casino welcome offer is better than it’s sister site, and for that reason alone, we’d recommend this site if there was a choice between the two. Below, I’ll break down in granular detail how we reached the 4.7 out of 5 rating that I’ve given this excellent new independent casino, but why it’s not quite up there with the big 5s!
How we Rated this Brand
- Offer Quality – 4.5/5 – The casino welcome offer gets almost full marks for being much lower wagering than Betcrown. It loses half a point due to the lack of ongoing casino promos.
- Game Choice – 4.5/5 – The only reason this misses out on the full five is because it’s missing a bingo product (which is true of a lot of places since Pragmatic Play started to withdraw their product). Otherwise, it’s a great game line-up with a special emphasis on Live Game Shows (there are almost 50!) and Crash Games. BetLegend are really embracing the future!
- Payment Methods – 3.5/5 – Though Trustly is accepted, this is basically a debit card and Apple Pay zone. Only the latter two methods will allow you to claim the generous welcome bonus.
- Navigation – 5/5 – No notes; the site is a dream on desktop and mobile. The Search feature for both games and providers is especially useful. All games are grouped so well too. The UX really has the player in mind.
- Customer Support – 4.5/5 – The customer support service is very good. They make it easy to get in touch, whether via a contact form, dedicated email address or Live Chat. We’re docking half a point because the live chat isn’t 24 hour service, but you can find the hours under the details tab.
Bonus & Promotions
As I said, BetLegend’s casino welcome offer is better than sister site Betcrown due to the lower wagering requirements. They are currently 10x lower for the same volume of spins.
There is an alternate sports offer, which is a pretty standard free bet with all the usual perks and caveats. Unfortunately most of the ongoing promotions are centred around sports, and even those are more like features than promos. This is something I’m sure the customer team are working on as it’s such a new site!

They have a very sturdy classic sportsbook area, with a focus on Football and other big sports like Tennis and Rugby. But scratch the surface a bit and you’ll be able to bet on all sorts like Ice Hockey, MMA and even E-sports.
There’s also an in-play section which cuts right to the chase of what’s taking place on the day. If you’re looking for something completely different, head to the Virtual Sports section. Computer generated events take place all hours of day and you can make all sorts of bets. While I was reviewing the site, I admit I sat down to watch some virtual table tennis, as it was really quite fascinating. Unfortunately, the virtual Cricket feed was down due to an error but I hope that comes back as I wanted to check it out.
Final Thoughts
I love a new and independent casino brand launch, and BetLegend is no different. One of my main takeaways is the welcome offer is more generous than its Anakatech sister site Betcrown, which is a mega tick in the BetLegend column. The games selection really goes beyond regular slots with an eye to the future. The collection of Game Shows and Crash games is pretty peerless amongst competitors.
