About Dream Vegas
Whenever I see the word Vegas within an online casino brand name, I always feel they have to raise the bar a little bit higher. Why? Well the casino provider’s ultimate aim, in this case White Hat Gaming, is to try and bring a little bit of the glitz and glamour of Sin City into your home.
This established hosting platform is highly regarded in the gaming industry. Rather than saturating the market with numerous sites it does the opposite, taking its time to create high-grade casinos. It also hosts a number of sister sites which include Ivy Casino, who have been around for almost a decade.
Dream Vegas was launched in 2018 and has accumulated a games library of over 2500+ using the industry’s biggest slots providers.
So does this casino bring you dreams of visiting Las Vegas or is it in its own dream world? Let’s take a closer look.
Design and User Experience
When arriving on the Dream Vegas landing page the scene is a stunning backdrop of the strip casino The Stratosphere lighting up the Las Vegas night skyline.
The theme in general here is (ok you guessed it) Las Vegas. I do like the night time vibe with various casinos and a full moon in the background. I also enjoyed the casino logo which is the Las Vegas sign changed to Dream Vegas. There are links at the top to the casino and promotions, with categories of games running through the middle. Everything is arranged very neatly alongside big bold game tiles which makes navigating around this platform extremely simple.
Finding your go to game titles here has been made completely uncomplicated. Whilst some games are under their own category, I did like that Dream Vegas had categories for lesser known game providers. This included a section for Octoplay games and a standalone provider category with providers with a handful of games on their platform. Each is given their separate tile link which is great to see. In addition to this, there is a search bar where you can find games by their provider which is really useful pinpointing your favourites.
For all those who like something a little different from the norm, if you click or tap on the settings icon within a category of games, you can change the grid of how many games tiles are shown, sort in alphabetical order, sort by date released or play a game completely selected at random. Wow, now that is impressive!
Dream Vegas is most definitely available by means of a mobile browser. The navigation, feel and look of the casino is actually the same and I didn’t notice any major differences compared to the desktop version; both versions are slick and smooth.
Slots and Games Available
You can’t visit Las Vegas and not have a whirl on the epic slots there, and this casino is no exception. From the homepage, games are divided into categories. I started in the New section, which is updated every week.
Titles included Tombstone Slaughter by Nolimit City and Tinkerbot by Elk Studios. If Big Bass games by Pragmatic Play are your thing then you won’t be disappointed with them having their own dedicated area also. There is also a Drops and Wins section.
Being a massive Cluster Games fan, I admired the games in that category. These included Jammin Jar (a favourite of mine) by Push Gaming and Gigantoonz by PlaynGo. The only criticism I have is that Dream Vegas didn’t have a Vegas Slots section as they have lots of Vegas themed games at hand, like Vegas Rush by Big Time Gaming for example.
Neither did they have a devoted Progressive Jackpot Slots area, even though these games are widely available. Whilst searching I found Jackpot King, WowPot, Mega Moohlah and Dreamdrop titles.
Alongside the choice of slot titles are some great Live Casino options. Again with its own link from the homepage, there are some solid Blackjack, Roulette and Game shows mainly delivered by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Even though this area has all different genres of game lumped together, it is still very easy to navigate around. Favourites like Crazy Time and Monopoly Live are here besides other well chosen games, so it doesn’t get too cluttered.
Alternatively, additional games include Poker variants, Instant wins, Video Table Games and a massive 55+ Slingo games as a variant to Bingo.
Bonus and Promotions
Dream Vegas has a great value welcome offer that suits all different bankrolls. It is a 100% matched deposit bonus up to £300 plus up to 150 bonus spins on eligible Netent games. You can start your casino journey here with a minimum of £20 which is matched plus 50 bonus spins on Starburst or Aloha. It comes with a fair wagering requirement of 35x and the matched bonus winnings are uncapped which is great to see.
Alongside this, ongoing promotions include Cash Giveaways and a daily bonus wheel which unlocks more bonus spins. In addition there is currently a Vegas Perks promotion where offers are emailed to you daily. You must opt in to email marketing to receive these “Perks”
Lastly, loyalty is also rewarded with casino bonuses awarded on your gameplay.
Payment Methods and Security
Opening an account and registering is a straightforward process taking no more than a couple of minutes. There are also options to set deposit limits and reality checks before you begin your player experience. You will be prompted with a safer gambling message which you have to click to agree that you have read the message. Additionally you get to choose how you receive messages from Dream Vegas. You also receive an email with a link to verify your email address. Before I was able to deposit, Dream Vegas asked me to Verify my account. Being required to provide ID and proof of address is completely normal and it was very easy to upload my ID and proof of address via my account.
Dream Vegas welcomes a wide range of payment methods and is very easy to use. These include Apple Pay, Skrill and Bank transfers and there are no charges for any deposits or withdrawals. It can take up to 48 hours for withdrawals to be processed which is on the slightly slow side.
Lastly, Customer Support is taken very seriously here. There is live chat assistance available 24/7 you can excess this through the chat bubble or via contact us, both are not hidden away and are very prominent. Alternatively you can email the casino with feedback or queries and can find various information by virtue of their FAQ area.
Final Thoughts
This casino is definitely good on the eye and they deliver the Las Vegas theme extremely well bringing Sin City closer to home. It’s very neat, tidy and effortless to find what you’re looking for. I did enjoy some of their unique settings including the random game generator and how slick their platform is via a mobile browser. If you haven’t used a White Hat Gaming site before you could do far worse than starting here and if you have you know you’re dealing with a reputable and highly regarded casino provider.
