How we Rated this Brand
- Offer Quality – 3/5 – Sad to say, this used to be a higher grade offer when they offered no wagering spins. In fact, if you head to Rose Casino instead, you can still find a similar offer there. There is nothing inherently wrong with the new match bonus, it is just not very appealing or competitive. Less than a 100% match is never ideal, but this just might be the lowest match we’ve ever seen. Some players might not mind, because ultimately you are stepping into a high quality product on an independent licence. For others, that simply won’t be enough.
- Game Choice – 3.5/5 – On the positive side, there is a really strong selection of slot games, commensurate with a brand of this quality. On the negative side, there is not a great selection of non-slot casino games. To be frank, I can’t believe how poor the live casino options are. For a site that oozes such quality, this is a potential sticking point for the exact type of player that they’re trying to attract. It’s a bit mad, really.
- Payment Methods – 3/5 – It’s mostly debit card and that’s not going to thrill all players. In fairness to the casino, e-wallets can make it easier for dodgy players to abuse the good nature of a brand. There are always some people who ruin it for the rest of us…

Design & User Experience
In terms of design, Ivy Casino has a simple, fairly upmarket look. Much of the imagery revolves around being in a classy, bricks and mortar casino. The colour green also features quite heavily, presumably to represent the Ivy, which is also perfect for the launch at this festive time of year!
Though it shares some similarities with Grace Media sites, such as the way in which you deposit and some of the games, the look and feel is otherwise all Betable.
Bonus & Promotions
The welcome bonus was a new wager-free spins offer, after you’ve made your first deposit of £20 or more. However, unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be available any more which is a major downside for the brand as the new offer is wholly uncompetitive.
In terms of the rest of the promotions, these mostly seem to be Betable’s own, rather than dipping into Grace Media’s bucket of tricks.
Some of these promos are admirably simple. For example, for the rest of December, going into January, there is a simple Cash Prize draw, where you earn entries by depositing and playing slots. The cash prizes are actually quite impressive and we hope to see more of those throughout the year, not just in the festive period.
Games Available
The games selection is reasonably compact and fairly unusual. You’ll see many slots from Pragmatic Play, especially the reams of Big Bass variants that exist. There are some Slingo games and the rest hail from Relax Gaming, which may be a little less familiar to our average player. Again, something rather unique on offer at Ivy Casino.
There are some RNG table games for Blackjack and Roulette, however there is a glaring lack of live casino rooms and game shows. This, we consider, to be the major downside to the site, especially as it trades on a bricks and mortar type experience.

Ivy Casino is a unique new prospect and a joint venture between Grace Media and Betable. This does make it unique to any other online casino out there on the UK market at the minute.
