About Posh Bingo
Posh Bingo is another classic Dragonfish bingo and slots site that we’ve been able to resurrect from the dead! It’s been over 3 years since we last featured Posh Bingo and to be frank, it’s even less posh than when we last saw it!
This could be the most retro-looking bingo site that we still feature. As we said even in our prior review, we never thought the site looked particularly posh at all!
The mobile landing welcome page has been slightly updated, but it’s a shame about the rather run of the mill Games bonus that a lot of Dragonfish sites are currently pushing. Redbus Bingo and Costa Bingo both have similar offers and frankly, they’ve had a bit more of a facelift.
Theme & User Experience
So we’ve gone off a bit on the Posh Bingo theme, which is not to say that it’s all bad. They’ve kept the Poodle dog mascot logo which gives it a sort of roaring twenties vibe. Likewise, the retro thing is quite fun – it takes me back to the early days of the internet, dialling up on your modem as you wait for the page to load with the robotic dial up tone. All of that is fun and you don’t see many sites clinging on the Millennium in quite such an authentic way!
The downside is really that mobile first casinos have got so good now, that players may just expect more from their online casino fun. But if you love nostalgia, then Posh Bingo might definitely be for you!
Bonus & Promotions
The welcome bonus is broadly similar to the other Dragonfish sites we’ve recently brought back like Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo and Redbus Bingo. Unfortunately there is no bingo bonus, although we expect that might change at the end of the year with changes to bonusing…
To be fair to the welcome bonus, with our code you get a pretty decent slab of games bonus that matches your deposit up to £100. Once you’ve made you deposit, head to the “My Reward/Vouchers” section to claim your bonus, which you must do within 5 days so you don’t forfeit it. There’s a decent latitude of instant games that you can use the bonus on, so at least it’s not too prescriptive!
Other promotions and schemes include a Daily 5% cashback offer and the Posh Shop, where players can swap “Shop Coins” for bonuses, free spins and other prizes… even cash!
Games & Bingo Available
The Bingo provision at Posh Bingo is very similar to the other recent Dragonfish relisted brands, so check out our Redbus Bingo review for an idea of what’s available. As always, there’s a range of bingo rooms with 90-ball and 75-ball variants making up the bulk. There’s also free bingo in the form of the “On the House” room.
Finally, we want to point out the Mystery Jackpot room, which is open daily from 9am to 11pm. It’s a 75 ball game with 5p morning tickets and 10p evening tickets. The prize is announced 1o seconds before the game starts and a full house could be up to a whopping £500!
Posh Bingo has a decent selection of a few hundred slots, as well as scratch cards. Again, the provision is in line with the other Dragonfish sites we’ve been bringing back recently. The reality is, unless you’re a fan of Dragonfish Bingo, the slots offering in and of itself will probably not be enough to tempt you.
Final Thoughts
Posh Bingo is a charmingly retro Dragonfish bingo site, with a design that might give you a bit of a fright that you’ve been transported back into the early thousands!
There’s an OK slots welcome bonus and a decent range of classic Dragonfish bingo rooms. The rewards scheme should also keep loyal players happy. If you like Dragonfish, you like nostalgia and you’re a little bit posh but not too posh, then Posh Bingo could be for you!
