About Daily Record Bingo
Daily Record Bingo is a reincarnated bingo site based on the widely circulated Scottish newspaper. Having been closed since 2017, the site is now the fifth newspaper inspired iGaming brand to be brought back on the Jumpman platform by Reach Gaming.
Daily Record Bingo is the third bingo focused site of this type, following the relaunches of Mirror Bingo (based on the Daily Record’s sister English newspaper) and OK Bingo.
Old timers with long memories at WDW may remember the previous incarnation of Daily Record Bingo as a Virtue Fusion site and even then, if you’re in England you may only remember the old Mirror Bingo.
We’re happy that Reach have got around to relaunching all these dormant, newspaper branded slots and bingo sites. However, given that they’re all on the Jumpman platform, there’s very little to actually distinguish them. Even the designs are pretty similar, bar the logos.
Therefore, we recommend that you make your decision based on which publication that you like the most. If you’re Scottish and read the Daily Record, then this is probably the site for you.
Bonuses & Promotions
The bonuses and regular promotions are basically the same as at all Jumpman sites…until now. There is a pretty nifty welcome bonus at the moment, which is different from the regular “Spin the Mega Wheel” first deposit bonus.
In addition, once you make further deposits, you’ll get more attempts at big prizes on the Wheel. This includes the Turbo Wheel, that you’ll be eligible for after you make a deposit of £100 or more! On the turbo wheel, all spins prizes are at least 50 Spins and all the way up to 500, much better than the regular old wheel.
Bingo & Slots
Though this is a bingo forward Jumpman site, you’re really coming for the slots. Though all these sites now have Pragmatic Play’s bingo platform, which is much better than what came before, it’s the hundreds of slots from myriad developers that is the real selling point. There are about a dozen bingo games, encompassing 75, 80 and 90 ball bingo, so all bases are covered.

Daily Record Bingo Final Thoughts
Don’t get us wrong, we’re pleased to have Daily Record Bingo back. It’s been 4 years since the last incarnation was open and available to WDW users. However, it is not a ground breaking site, and is virtually identical to Mirror Bingo. We’ve given the site a solid 3.5 out of 5. After all, not everything has to change the world.
