About Dukes Casino
Dukes Casino is a new Progress Play Casino, slots and bingo site that’s managed by the team behind Jazzy Spins and Vampire Bingo.
It’s a fairly standard Progress Play offering, with a whisp of regal theming. These sites have got better in recent years, with much improved designs. The addition of Playtech Bingo, which I think is the best bingo product on the market at the moment, bolsters its credentials.
Overall though, this is a fairly uninspiring new site. If uninspiring is just what you’re looking for right now in this crazy world, then maybe it is time for a visit to Dukes.
How we Rated this Brand
- Offer Quality – 3/5 – The casino offer that we’re running gets a middling 3 out of 5. There are quite a few restrictions on the bonus, including a very low max win on the spins. There is also the spectre of Progress Play’s limit on signing up to more than 5 welcome bonuses across its network. On the positive side, you do get a decent match bonus and some spins, and in today’s environment that registers as generous.
- Game Choice – 3/5 – In theory, I want to give Dukes Casino a higher grade here, because they do have an impressively large selection of slot games. In my last count, I reckon it’s getting pretty close to 3000 titles! However, we’ve knocked a point or two off because there’s a complete dearth of live casino games. These really are the life and soul of the party these days, especially live game shows, so to not appear at all is a bit disappointing.
- Payment Methods – 4/5 – They’ve eked a four here because there is a quite a good selection of e-wallet deposit methods eligible. Although with some, you won’t be able to claim the welcome bonus.
- Navigation – 4/5– As I mentioned, Progress Play casinos have improved in this area. They at least appear to be inhabiting the same century as us these days. The mobile product is also greatly improved.
- Customer Support – 4/5 – Progress Play’s customer support is often run from the centre, so you’re not relying on each brand having it’s own customer support team. This does mean there is usually something standing by to take your query at any time of day. For that reason, I’ve awarded a four out of five.
Design & User Experience
One aspect of the Progress Play experience that has improved is the sign-up. You will need to provide your phone number in order to verify the set up of your account, but I’ve found the process to be mostly smooth and easy. I would recommend making your first deposit when you sign up as that will give you much better visibility on what’s available on the site. Until you do, you may be locked out of the full game selection.
Bonus & Promotions
The match deposit offer plus spins combo is competitive but uninspiring. I also want to reiterate; if you’ve taken more than 5 welcome bonuses across Progress Play sites, you’re likely to be locked out of taking this one. To be honest, that’s not a huge blow.
I do like the look of some of the ongoing promotions, though. In June 2026, when I’m writing this review, there’s a weekly cash spins prize to win, which is fairly unusual for Progress Play. There’s also a fun World Cup themed promo, where you can win a bonus when England or Scotland score.
I hope this is indicative of their year round promo provision, but time will tell!
Games Available
There is a great selection of slots including Jackpots and Casual games, which are often scratch-card like, or part of this new breed of “Tap” games.
The great sin is the omission of live casino games. The operators are probably doing that to save a little money, which you’d understand in the current climate. But still, it makes for a poorer player experience than on similar casino sites.
Final Thoughts
Dukes Casino is a very creditable 3 out of 5 site. It is absolutely fine. There is a large collection of slot games, some decent promos and a pretty wide range of eligible deposit methods. It also has Playtech bingo, although the site itself is not making a huge song and dance about that. We don’t even have a bingo offer for you. However, it is still a Progress Play site after all and the lack of live casino games is quite disappointing.
